Nozzle recommendations from Prusa

For PLA, a brass nozzle will last for hundreds of hours of printing; a more expensive hardened steel nozzle will last longer, but is intended for abrasive materials, not PLA. A steel nozzle also requires a change from the PLA default of 215 C to a higher temperature because of the nozzle’s lower thermal conductivity.

High-flow (CHT) nozzles cost less than 10% more, but dramatically increase your print speed.

Print sheet recommendations from Prusa

Smooth PEI is recommended for good adhesion with PLA. The satin and textured sheets are also good for PLA, but the adhesion is not quite as good, especially for small parts.
